The house gives access to the yard and its three private decks. One of the decks is covered. The one adjacent to the house has an operable sunscreen.

Exquisite garden

All around the house is a beautiful and well-maintained garden with trees that offer natural shade.

Private SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is located on the upper section of the yard. It has a covered as well as an open sundeck. The yard furniture includes comfortable lounge chairs.
